What I offer

Collaborative and pragmatic fractional leader
As a fractional CMO, COO, channel or customer success leader, I help start- and scale-ups develop new business functions, open new markets and grow profitably. I bring a genuine commitment to your team's success, combined with an outsider's perspective, experience and best practices.

Mentoring for business growth
I work with founders, to help them refine their strategy, and scale their operations and teams. This helps them build on their initial success, bringing structure to their vision, a good sounding board, timely suggestions and access to my network.
I have B2B tech sector and green tech experience.

Fostering sustainable innovation
I work with Boards and leadership teams to design and track ESG initiatives, define sustainable business strategies, and uncover new opportunities based on a nature-positive approach.
I have experience with sustainable sourcing and investing, digital transformation and stakeholder engagement.

An inclusive and outcome-driven approach to talent
From recruiting and retention to leadership development, I can assess the skills your business needs, source the best talent, design processes, orchestrate your development plans and foster participation and engagement.
I am familiar with multi-cultural, remote teams and fast-growth environments.

Strategic independent Director & Board Advisor
Experienced NED, with a solid understading of governance, and the ability to combine big picture thinking with curiosity and attention to detail. My main areas of expertise are digital strategy, operations, organizational culture, and sustainability.
I have Finance and Audit Committee experience.
Experiences

SaaS sales and marketing at Microsoft and Salesforce
I spent 25 years combined between Microsoft and Salesforce, growing to lead a 50M$ business unit to triple-digit growth. I hired the team and created the processes to develop a new indirect sales channel in Latin America, and managed several global and EMEA-wide marketing and customer success teams.

International and emerging markets strategy
I led commercial and competitive strategy at Microsoft in emerging markets, and the global growth strategy at Thomas Telford LTD. I also advise services and education scale-ups, such as iData Colombia and TheoryMesh, in opening new markets.
I lived in Paris, Istanbul, Sao Paulo and Miami.

Talent development & mentoring
I enjoy seeing people thrive - from hiring tomorrow's workforce to coaching teenagers in Kenya to mentoring CEOs at the Laudato Si accelerator, Tuttofritto in Italy and Digital Divide Data in the US.
I led the internal enablement team for EMEA at Salesforce and have experience in incentive design.

Digital transformation and operations
As CRM and ERP leader at Microsoft, I worked with a number of customers on their own digital transformation strategy and adoption - from retail and hospitality to CPG and services. I've also helped the DMA integrate the IDM and digitize their offer, Kendra Labs and The Grace Children Foundation.

Sustainability and ESG strategy
A good sustainability strategy is supported by data, change management, and stakeholder engagement. My workshops and methodology help assess the opportunities and draft actionable plans.
I studied at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and am certified in ESG investing by the CFA.

Non-Executive Board Member and Advisor
I'm on the Board of Thomas Telford LTD since four years, and AQA Education for two. I also served on the Board of the Data & Marketing Association in the UK, the Advisory Board of Digital Divide Data in the USA, and others.
As a NED, I have overseen CEO successions, M&As and international growth.

Land management
I manage my own 9 acres of ancient woodland in the Chilterns (near London) for conservation and biodiversity, and to bring community value by engaging young volunteers and promoting a sustainable enjoyment of nature for all.
It's quite humbling to work on 10, 50 and 100 years' plans!
