The Opportunity

The Head of Finance (who has an accounting background) would like a strategic finance professional to help him think more about how to maximise the value of the company. This will involve helping understand all the drivers of valuation and flesh out scenarios including:

• Organic growth – how to do it with the best ROI?
• Growth via partnerships and or aquisitions
• Being acquired – by who? For what value?
• Costs – how to manage them and explain them?
• Overall how to present the CloudNC story to maximise company value

This commitment could be anything from a few hours, to a more substantial one-off project, to a longer term advisory relationship.

About You

The most likely candidate would have strategic finance experience including valuation, acquisitions, complex partnerships and late stage fundraising. Experience with SaaS companies would be an advantage.

The company is based in London, though remote applicants are welcome.
