Hi everyone, we are working on a new offer to progress companies Diversity & Inclusion objectives, specifically in the area of learning & development for employees – to decrease unconscious bias, to give a chance to learn from different perspectives, and to develop team collaboration and creative problem solving skills. I was wondering if there is anyone in Portfolio Collective community who previously worked in People/HR/Talent/D&I space, or have contacts in this space – we’re looking to have some informal interviews to gain more insight as we’re preparing an Innovate UK grant application, and we really need a few more conversations to create a stronger application. Also we’re looking for a data scientist, an accessibility specialist and a QA tester – if anyone have those skills please let me know!
