I am looking for a part-time CFO, are there any portfolio CFOs out there that deal with start-ups?

Thanks Ben! We just raised a pre-seed, and while we can probably ’wing’ it for a while, my preference would be for a part time CFO that:
– sets up the books
– liaises with the tax advisor
– deal with payroll (which we could possibly outsource, but then the vendor will need to be managed by the CFO, and we don’t want too much complexity early on)
– prepares monthly reporting to the board
– tracks and monitors spending.
This should not take too much time. We are 3 founders and set to grow to 10 people by the end of the year. It may get busier next year.
