We’re into our first week of Book Club and the first rule is everyone talks about book club
Let’s start with an icebreaker of sorts (applicable even if you haven’t read any or all of The Infinite Game yet).
There are five keys to playing the Infinite Game, and the first is having an inspirational Just Cause. A Just Cause is inspirational because it looks towards a better future, it’s inclusive, bold and idealistic, resilient and capable of withstanding future changes. It is not a moon shot, a reason to be the biggest or best.
So, with that in mind, what’s your Just Cause?

Great question Lexi Radcliffe-Hart. My just cause is not surprisingly around community and belonging. To empower people to feel inspired to work together to create the career they love.
What’s yours Lexi??

I love both of yours Nicola MacPhail and Fiona Chorlton-Voong. Mine is all all tied up in my WHY too – to guide and empower storytelling. so that others can understand the magic they provide.
