The last event of 2021 has just finished up, and we ended the Pathfinder call with an intention-setting exercise – what will be your word for 2022?
For me, it’s this one – it’s Greek, and I’d like to ensure that all of the work I do – be it working with others, or writing for myself, has soul, creativity and love about it.
Others said
– Workathon
– Funding
– Revival
– Escape
– Crossing-the-chasm
– Self-determination
– Positive-influence
– Reposition
– Learning
– Happiness
So, what will your word be for next year, and why?
Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our Pathfinder calls this year – I can’t wait to see what we all achieve together in 2022.

Ben’s must be the funding one. If it wasn’t, it should be
. Ella – Learning?? Mine will be Direction

Ben Legg – yours should have been FUNDING!

Thanks for the mention. I saw this before my daily walk, so I have been thinking about it. My one word is:
– Habits
I include anything you just do and perhaps take for granted without questioning. It may be your health – thus the walk. Or people. Or routines. Celebrate and build on the good habits and get rid of the bad ones. Oh, and don’t wait for the end the year to do it.
In my case, the habit I particularly want to address is identifying when good is enough instead of perfection.
As Churchill said (yet again!) – ”Perfection is the enemy of progress.
More than one word!!!
Have a good one everyone.

Thanks a bunch for the mention, Lexi. My word for 2022 is ”Decisiveness”. There is no perfect decision, but I need to work to make it right. The only way I can do that is to follow through and find out. A fear of ’risking’ my status quo usually has me second-guessing everything, even when I don’t really like how things are. So yes, I’d like to be decisive and go through with my ideas and plans. Inspirational Quote for Powerful Ending – Live by the sword, for we will die, anyway.

Spot on Adarsh Nalam. I have made a couple of decisions recently that I have delayed for too long. When I finally made them, I was relieved and you know what, the universe reciprocated by bringing up other opportunities. Sometimes our gut reaches a decision before our brain can see all the empirical evidence.
