I start – I got an opportunity to solo exhibit my work in Hamburg!

2021 has been an incredible journey of stepping outside of my comfort zone and continuously rejecting the safety net of the 9 to 5 job, the latter has taken more willpower than I have ever been required to summon! Grateful for the introduction to the TPC community – you all continue to inspire, encourage this transition and looking forward to being more involved in 2022 and build on these budding relationships and friendships! (updates in coming weeks!)

Back in the day I was actually a corporate trainer and most of the courses were dry and fairly predictable. I think my most fulfilling courses may be the ones to come, as I am seriously thinking about this in 2022. To answer your question, I did co-design and deliver an interviewing skills workshop (all interviews not just recruitment) for senior mangers (who of course know it all?!!), which was very tricky at the beginning when we introduced the element of video and plenary feedback from video. Very tough course to facilitate content, emotions and egos, but extremely fulfilling in terms of implicit and explicit outcomes. It also gave me great cred at the time!

The highlight of mine has got to be joining TPC straight out of uni! It’s such a fulfilling and enjoyable role, I feel lucky to be doing something I enjoy so much 😊

One of my 2021 highlight was closing the first ever fundraise for TPC – my own organisation, as opposed to helping other founders with their fundraises. You learn so much more when you own the process, and feel a greater sense of satisfaction too

A highlight for me was collaborating with the incredible Alex Pitt and creating our Branding Masterclass! One of the most fulfilling courses I have co-designed!
