Did you know that we have a book club here at TPC?
Our Collective Shelf book club meets every other month to discuss a book picked by its members. We’ve shortlisted 3 books that we’re dying to read, along with a short synopsis on each one – we’d love for you to help us choose our next read 🙌
📚 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen Covey
“In Covey’s principle-centered approach to solving personal and professional problems he reveals a step-by-step pathway for living with fairness, integrity, service and human dignity principles that give us the security to adapt to change and the wisdom and power to take advantage of the opportunities that change creates.”
📚 Uncharted: How to Navigate the Future by Margaret Heffernan
“Uncharted traces long-term projects that shrewdly evolved over generations to meet the unpredictable challenges of every new age. Heffernan looks at radical exercises and experiments that redefined standard practices by embracing different perspectives and testing fresh approaches.”
📚 Traction by Gino Wickman
“Do you have a grip on your business, or does your business have a grip on you? In Traction you’ll learn the secrets of strengthening the six key components of your business. You’ll discover simple yet powerful ways to run your company that will give you and your leadership team more focus, more growth, and more enjoyment.”

Uncharted: How to Navigate the Future looks the most interesting for me. I’m still championing Oliver Burkeman’s 4000 Hours!

I vote for Uncharted too.
I have read Traction and think it is one of the best business books I have ever read (I did type written instead of read!!!). It has influenced what we do here at ScaleUp Focus.
I have bought and tried to read 7 Habits at least two times and never really got on with it or finished it. A case of too much padding in my view.
