I vote for Uncharted too.
I have read Traction and think it is one of the best business books I have ever read (I did type written instead of read!!!). It has influenced what we do here at ScaleUp Focus.
I have bought and tried to read 7 Habits at least two times and never really got on with it or finished it. A case of too much padding in my view.

Number 3! 2&3 would be new reads. 7 Habits is a good read, though there is a fair amount of filler. The title of the habits is worth the price of the book though in my opinion!
