Hi Fellow-TPC members,
I am an independent consultant with commercial scale-up expertise for growth companies looking to mature at the corporate level, particularly those looking to bring in major investment, get ready for an IPO, or board oversight, and likely to be in a regulated industry. Could anyone recommend a recruiter in that space who hire for interim or fractional roles that would be worth contacting? Thanks for any suggestions. Regards, Ceema

Hi Ceema – lets talk again and I will share what I know. As ever, the interim market also needs product market fit! You may want to start with the Institute of Interim Managers who will have a long list of agencies with, if I remember, Gold, Silver, Bronze accreditations from their annual survey. The other route is aligning yourself with the appropriate consulting agencies as an associate, although I know many of their employed consultants can be on the bench at any one time and that means you only get second dibs so to speak. Ben Legg will also tell you to go the route of investor groups and advisories.
