Thanks for sharing this video, Ella Bernie! Biggest takeaway for me so far has been realising how much the system is rigged when we consider how we spend our time in relation to our self-worth. The thoughts on FOMO and procrastination are already helping me – and I’m going back over the book with sticky notes for reminders!!
