My work is about helping CEOs/the C-Suite be part of the solution not the problem!

VUCA is is a military term coming out of the US Army College in the 1980s (I am sure Ben Legg and others know it well with military backgrounds) as a way to understand the new paradigm of warfare. It is also now used pervasively in the commercial world as an apt way to describe our challenge in business and as leaders/team members/employees (if you Google it you will be buried) so much so that a documentary movie just released a few month’s ago sharing it with the masses: ”There’s a name for what you’re going through … It’s VUCA … Discover the secret to living in the 21st Century” … https://itsvuca.com/

Their mission is to ”flip the script” with Vision, Understanding, Clarity and Adaptability. So that’s what our Let’s Talk session will be about … the Adaptability/Agility/Agile part of that … to some degree, as portfiolio professionals, we are all in the business of helping to ”flip the script” with that and Vision, Understanding and Clarity.
