Just blogged about a great article from McKinsey titled, ”Future Proof: Solving the ‘Adaptability Paradox’ for the Long Term” in which when speaking of adaptability the authors say, ”It’s not so much a skill as a meta skill” … I couldn’t agree more … it’s a skill of skills, a mindset of mindsets, a framework of an agility operating system and an agile leadership presence.
