It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here as I’ve been pretty busy recently trying to get my start-up (mi-blox) off the ground. Our platform has gone live this week in a soft launch. It’s been a hard slog to get here, but I’m pretty excited about what we can do for people, some in real distress.

mi-blox is designed to enable flat leaseholders to save money on their ever rising and opaque service charges, removing all the hidden charges and commissions for services such as building insurance, by empowering them to claim their statuary right to manage their own building. We have built a platform that has automated the Right To Manage process, thereby reducing costs significantly and simplifying the process as much as possible. It guides the user right from the very beginning, preparing ‘ready to send’ letters and legal documentation.
