Happy Wednesday everyone
For this week’s poll of the week I thought I’d ask… what’s the best skill to have as a portfolio professional?
There’s obviously so many different skills and it will in no doubt vary from person to person, but I’d love to hear what you think and why! Let’s chat in the comments below

good time management is an interesting one….. you say Good and my first thought is good at working conventional 9-5 get stuff done. What I’ve realised over the last year is ’good’ for me looks totally different to ’good’ for others. I’m so much more productive since i realised that i dont work well in the mornings so am better taking time to do some exercise, run errands etc then aim to be hitting flow late afternoon, early evening. Solves the 3 hours of unproductive procrastination sat at desk where nothing gets done but you feel super guilty about it…… the joys of managing ADHD wiring…. you cant break the wiring but you can learn to hack it

Lol!
Claire Hodgson, you make me laugh – you also give me a reminder that not ebveryone is the same as me 🙂
Morning is my best time, post-lunch to end of day -1 hour is so dead for me, thats where I dump meetings. (and 1 hour before CoB I get a second win to get stuff done!)

All of these skills are important Ella Bernie. However, I would put hustle top of the list. The constant drive to learn more, network better, build your personal brand, dazzle your clients, be more productuve etc.
Not sure if that is a trait or a skill, but it is critical to success.
