Hello all,
I need some help with benchmarking. I’m working with a global agency group that provides high volume, fast turnaround marketing and digital services to an impressive elite client portfolio of well-known brands.
I’ve been briefed to undertake a comprehensive productivity review of management functions to provide detailed data and feedback along with benchmarking commentary for continued growth.
I’m looking for support to lead and guide the benchmarking component of the brief. Essentially, what I need is someone to look after the following:
• Develop content for the productivity discovery review process to ensure it is correctly framed and data is captured for benchmarking purposes.
• Review responses obtained through the discovery phase.
• Prepare concise yet informative benchmarking statistics and commentary to sit alongside and support discovery responses.
• Potential attend client calls.
This needs someone with a pragmatic, practical, positive sleeves rolled up approach, demonstrable experience of benchmarking processes, the flexibility to be able to turn around material swiftly, accurately and thoroughly, and enthusiasm for smaller but mighty projects of this nature. Even better if you have an understanding of, or previous experience in the agency space.
This is a temporary assignment – the work is confidential and subject to signing an NDA.
If this is of interest, it would be great to have a chat. Please either send me a note here or to [email protected]

On the productivity side of things, it might be good for you to get connected with Eike Post, Davide Gallo, Ben Legg too – they may have some suggestions on contacts who can help with benchmarking in this area.
