Hey all. How’s things?
I’m thinking about exploring some fractional work to top-up my time and wondered if there’s folks in here that have visibility and understanding of that space or connections in it?
My background is varied but roughly 12+ years in startups/scale-ups across Leadership/Ops/Product/Growth/Strategy (various tech-based sectors) and about 10 years in MNCs – both in Europe and US. I had a stint doing interim senior roles a few years ago which worked well, so the idea of fractional has a lot of appeal.
Let me know if you or someone you know might be able to help me figure this out a bit. Oh and I’m London-based.

Hi Adam – honestly think it looks great! You’ve included so much information about your current offerings, and I think your experience also adds some great colour to your profile. One thing to bear in mind is that when we search for people who are suitable for roles we use keywords, so if there’s a particular role you’d like to be found for, for example (and purely an example!) ’workshop host’ then I’d definitely make sure you’ve got that phrase in your profile. From what I can see it looks like you probably do, but just incase! Looks genuinely great though
