I did some looking into this. it only applies if you have ltd, not if you are set up as sole trader. I have been on one IR35 talk delivered by Iraj Idafar an accountant. the talk was fantastic and gave me good insight, talked about some of the myths, why it is hard to be outside IR35, what are some consequences, and he also gave great examples of what did and didnt stand in court. perhaps TPC could organise such a talk? maybe one of the members here has this knowledge, alternatively I can enquire if Iraj would be happy to deliver one again.
