This is slightly techie but will have big implications for technology and in house software delivery in the future. The line that ”in 3-5 years as much as 65% of development will be done in house using no code low code which are complimented by AI software bots” stands out the most. The implications for how software is used and developed within the corporate world are huge. I’ve yet to come across a large corporate or large ”legacy” company that understands agile software delivery. Most find it an expensive exercise in pain and undelivered promises.

So interesting Niall Brady – thanks for letting me get my geek on with this one! I like your point about how large corporates find digital transformation – I think a lot of that comes down to over promising or miseducation of what will be transformed, often with internal education and long lead times due to lag from internal processes being at the heart of the delivery issues.
