I am looking for a SW developer with payment app and mobile app experience. The project is to create a Person to Person transfer of funds using a mobile app. The transaction is initiated through the app ( payee) and authenticated by the payer using a unique QR code. once authenticated agreed funds flow from payer to payee. Both parties sign up for the service which would securely hold personal and baning details plus reporting. The end to end payment transaction would need to be facilitated via a PISP.
