Thanks for the support for my gifted coaching sessions, I really appreciate this. Now I have something different to share!
I am very excited to be collaborating with another coach in designing and delivering a small group retreat especially for women. As we come in and out of covid restrictions, and life is opening up again we sense uncertainty and discomfort as well as the joy of seeing people again. We really see and hear the need for us to be able to pause, reflect and reset. We are offering retreats in winter and spring next year, based in an eco-lodge in the beautiful Eden Valley near the Lake District. Our retreats are a coaching getaway for women to pause, reflect and get clear on what’s next.
Please take a look at our website to find out more, and share this with others you know who may be interested in joining us.

I am very grateful for the spot-on and incisive communications support and general encouragement for this…

Hi Caroline. I know someone who would be interested in the spring event. I also know the first question. Do you have a COVID policy? Would it be possible to share it here? Thanks.
-
Many thanks for this James, and great question! We have updated our FAQs page on the Chrysalis Retreats website to explain our covid policy, as I am sure others may want to know this upfront too. Here is a link to this page. Hope this is helpful, and I am very happy to have a chat with the woman who would be interested in joining us.

With your drive, Caroline Marsh, I can’t help myself helping. It’s been so nice to see this project move from idea to reality. I am certain it’ll do well and set the foundation for many others. There’s a lot I’ve learnt from watching you be diligent and enthusiastic while setting clear boundaries.

To update you all about our retreats in light of ongoing covid 19 risk: We acknowledge the uncertainty and risk with current covid 19 developments. Our retreats are fully refundable and we have a Covid 19 policy which outlines the precautions we are taking. We regularly update this in line with government advice. Please see the FAQs section of our website for more info.

I’ve read more than I was expecting (about 50 pages in!) – my plan is to properly deep dive over the Christmas break as it seems like the perfect book to help kick off the new year!

My win(s) of the week has to be being asked to speak on a panel for Middlesex University in January and getting the chance to talk/cook/eat with my TPC family on Wednesday. Both brought a lot of light in a difficult week!
I’m tagging Adarsh Nalam to find out his win!

That sounds great, Lexi Radcliffe-Hart. Congratulations. Is there any way for me to watch it? Also, I’m glad your week is brighter.
My win was co-writing a poem with a stranger on a 17-hour train journey. Turned out that the person had a pretty intense writing spark, so that was fun to see. Apart from that, I may have some consulting work in Canada.
Special mention: We might have another TPC member on The Maximum Project soon, but who knows? These rumour mills can be so dodgy. …

What an interesting way to spend a 17 hour train journey Adarsh! Re: your podcast – very intriguing, looking forward to maybe (or maybe not
?!) listening to another collaboration on your podcast!

That was a great read, Caoimhe Kelly. I’d say you’d nail it irrespective of the circumstances, but I’m quite happy to share some credit.
