Hi Allan, most people invited to the group work in digital products but there are also a few who work with physical products so it can be a bit of a mixture probably with more of a digital focus

I’m on the lookout for new clients I can help get better at creating software products and services. These companies are normally asking questions such as:
”How can we plan future work?”
”How do we align multiple teams?”
”Who should be deciding what work gets done?”
”When will it be done?”
”How should we organise our growing team to be most effective?”
I’ve helped dozens of companies, large and small, sometimes I can make a difference in a few days, sometimes it needs an ongoing relationship over months or even years. Sometimes I’ve embedded in the team, more often I stay outside the team as a regular advisor.

I’m going to a physical networking event this evening and it just occured to me that others in London might be interested too. It is in White City, just up from the mega-mall, at the new Imperial College Campus. If you are interested:
It is organized by a group called Upstream who are a collaboration between H&F council and Imperial with the aim of attracting and growing businesses in the Hammersmith area. I’ve been to a few of their events and usually end up having decent conversations.
