With SEIS approval bagged, and some cool partnerships on their way, I decided to create a landing page for my new startup!
If you have a PET, this is for YOU! 😀
I need your help as I need to build the subscriber base. I would be vey grateful if you could visit my site, take the quiz (its a fun pet knowledge based quiz), and subscribe. (I hope the quiz isn’t too hard! Not many got full 10/10 yet!)
I also welcome any thoughts, ideas, desires, words of wisdom! Im a newbie to the startup world but keen to learn and fast!

yes the URL isnt ideal, and i need to connect to my domain…havent done yet. do you know, if i connect my domain to squarespace, will i be able to re-use it in the future when i need a pro web developer to do a site for me (probably not in squarespace)?

Yes, as its your domain – you can reuse on any site you decide to use. Squarespace just connects your domain. if you have bought it, you have the ownership.

Thank you! 😀 I was trying to figure that out on the site im using for the quiz, but it doesnt seem to have that function. so the only way is to do it again… do you have a question about any of the questions in particular? 🙂

Hmm good question Alex, I’ll reply with a scenario which is very real….
Our company brand (see https://thedistance.co.uk) was knocked up by my wife (our Creative Director) as an emergency response to the decision to split with my previous business partner (6 years ago) whilst we were on holiday. It reflected the current market we are in (see nods back to Google Plays design images of past).

It’s a really good question to ask – is it about a design refresh or is there a fundamental communication problem that a rebrand would help to solve? p.s. I really like that website especially the typeface.

Hmmm good point. I guess fundimentally we both feel its a little tired and wasn’t put together with any great brand evaluation, more what felt right at the time. So its never felt a quality effort.

I’ll take a deeper look through the site later but first thought is your domain? Have you linked it up to remove the squarespace from the url? F x
