Not sure Rob – likely deliberate, meaning physical locations/ products/ interactions etc.

There’s an interesting conversation to be had about disruption’s role in shaking our foundations, what that feels like & how we respond to that, Ben.
Disruption (like the pandemic) makes a mess & is typically inconvenient. The role our crisis of imagination plays when our foundations are intruded on. Why innovation isn’t always welcomed. Our itch to get back to the familiar & resist change. The neurological reasons why change is so unwelcome.
And what disruptors & innovators should consider about all such trends so that they appeal to stakeholders that are more progressive, less regressive & more open to possibility.
I’d be surprised if that’s what’s being considered here, but by all means come back to me if the conference would like my help with a discussion as I’ve framed it here…
