Another work opportunity with CloudNC (
) – a very cool Series A manufacturing AI company. They are holding a strategy offsite on 23 & 24 September. I am helping design the offsite, but we need a facilitator to lead discussions, keep us to time, take notes, drive follow-up etc. The meeting is in person. Budget is around £1,500 (+VAT if necessary) for the two days.
Would be well suited to an experienced facilitator/ strategy consultant.

Work Opportunity. CloudNC (
) a Series A manufacturing AI company, is looking for an HR consultant/ mentor for around one day per week. They have an HR team of four (two recruiters, one HR manager and one assistant) who all report to the Finance Director. They are looking for a former HR Director – ideally from a mid-sized company or scaleup of 50-200 people – to mentor/ coach the team to help them know what good looks like, problem solve issues etc. Likely one day per week for a few months.
