*Monday reminder for all Catapult graduates!*

Join us for your catch-up call this afternoon. Never been before? We’re now seven cohorts strong! This makes the catch-up an excellent opportunity for networking as well as bringing your thoughts, ideas and challenges to the table.
You don’t need to come with questions or thoughts prepared for these sessions. Previously we’ve found that hearing others talk through their plans can often spark an idea for your own portfolio career, and it’s always nice to see what others have been up to. This session is also a great place to set accountability for your goals.
Looking forward to seeing you at 4pm UK time!
The reminder email will go out with the link an hour before but let Claire Moss know if you have any problems joining.

It was a thought-provoking event. Thanks to Alex Pitt and Fiona Chorlton-Voong in particular. I’m certainly going to put some more thought into the story I tell myself and others.

Thank you both for another interesting discussion!
More on values at http://www.worldvaluesday.com.
I also like the Marty Seligman positive psychology stuff available from https://www.viacharacter.org/ . This includes the VIA Character Strengths Questionnaire. Takes a few minutes and is free (after registering). All good evidence-based practice!

Will definitely take a look at these resources Darryl. Thanks for sharing- and it was great to see you!

I read this book years ago on the great recommendation of the lovely Mariana Rai. I’ve since recommended it to so many people – most recently Saira Chaudry and Caoimhe Kelly. I’ve re-read some of my favourite chapters recently to remind myself of why I loved this book so much in the first place.
The section on ”Walking your why” really highlights the whole ethos behind TPC and how to dig deep to find your values through your life. Ending each day with a reflection on, ”what did I do today that was actually worth my time?”

I’ve done a lot of reading on personality psychology and use aspects of it with my clients. I don’t use MBTI but a different model (Big 5). Thanks!
