Back in the day I was actually a corporate trainer and most of the courses were dry and fairly predictable. I think my most fulfilling courses may be the ones to come, as I am seriously thinking about this in 2022. To answer your question, I did co-design and deliver an interviewing skills workshop (all interviews not just recruitment) for senior mangers (who of course know it all?!!), which was very tricky at the beginning when we introduced the element of video and plenary feedback from video.…

2021 has been an incredible journey of stepping outside of my comfort zone and continuously rejecting the safety net of the 9 to 5 job, the latter has taken more willpower than I have ever been required to summon! Grateful for the introduction to the TPC community – you all continue to inspire, encourage this transition and looking forward to being more involved in 2022 and build on these budding relationships and friendships!
