Hope you have all had good weeks – To update you on my retreat endeavour – we held our first one in January and it went really well – we enjoyed it as leaders and our guests loved it. My next residential retreat will be in March 2023, and before then we really want to build community and explore a range of ways of supporting women to pause and reflect. To get started, I wrote a blog for International Women’s Day this week and thought you might be interested in this. Feel free to share and subscribe to our list if you want to keep up to date. Also happy to answer any queries or take any feedback.
Have great weekends 😊 spring is on its way!

Happy New Year everyone – I am full of hope for this year, it feels like a wind of change is in the air….and for the good. That hope sees me through the challenges we face just now.
Plans for my Winter Warmer retreat for women are going well, and there are still some places left, so do take a look and I would love for you or someone you know to join me there ..here is some info to give you a flavour.
New Year, New You – come for relaxation and renewal, in the company of other like minded women at our winter warmer retreat. There is nothing like getting outdoors into the bare wonder of the winter fells to appreciate the profound beauty of the surroundings and feel the benefit of this on physical and mental wellbeing.
As we are living with anxiety and fear in the current covid environment, a retreat is just what we need to work out how we can thrive in this turbulent world.
Our retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, press pause, and plan for your f…

Thanks for the support for my gifted coaching sessions, I really appreciate this. Now I have something different to share!
I am very excited to be collaborating with another coach in designing and delivering a small group retreat especially for women. As we come in and out of covid restrictions, and life is opening up again we sense uncertainty and discomfort as well as the joy of seeing people again. We really see and hear the need for us to be able to pause, reflect and reset. We are offering retreats in winter and spring next year, based in an eco-lodge in the beautiful Eden Valley near the Lake District. Our retreats are a coaching getaway for women to pause, reflect and get clear on what’s next.
Please take a look at our website to find out more, and share this with others you know who may be interested in joining us.

I am very grateful for the spot-on and incisive communications support and general encouragement for this…

Hi Caroline, sounds like an amazing opportunity and how lovely to be doing something in person – and in such a lovely location! Always great to see our community collaborating and working together

Hi Caroline. I know someone who would be interested in the spring event. I also know the first question. Do you have a COVID policy? Would it be possible to share it here? Thanks.
-
Many thanks for this James, and great question! We have updated our FAQs page on the Chrysalis Retreats website to explain our covid policy, as I am sure others may want to know this upfront too. Here is a link to this page. Hope this is helpful, and I am very happy to have a chat with the woman who would be interested in joining us.

With your drive, Caroline Marsh, I can’t help myself helping. It’s been so nice to see this project move from idea to reality. I am certain it’ll do well and set the foundation for many others. There’s a lot I’ve learnt from watching you be diligent and enthusiastic while setting clear boundaries.

To update you all about our retreats in light of ongoing covid 19 risk: We acknowledge the uncertainty and risk with current covid 19 developments. Our retreats are fully refundable and we have a Covid 19 policy which outlines the precautions we are taking. We regularly update this in line with government advice. Please see the FAQs section of our website for more info.

Hi Everyone
I can see it’s very buzzing at TPC! Some great stuff going on.
I want to share something with you – I am keen to offer more people access to coaching to help them at a time of need. To do this, I am setting aside some time in my coaching practice over the next few months to offer single coaching sessions as a gift to people who will benefit from some time with me. If you know of anyone who perhaps needs a bit of a boost or would appreciate some time to reflect on an issue they are struggling with, please feel free to connect them to me.
Thanks for your support with my endeavours

Hi Everyone,
I have been a bit quiet lately…that’s because I have been BUSY – working on implementing my action plan after the Catapult Course – quite an amazing and intense journey of re-thinking what I want to offer as a coach, based on the results of a survey of ’ideal clients’ I did right at the start of the course. I want to address the concerns that people need help with, and build community where people can help themselves with some shared resources from me. I am on a roll creating coaching resources to share, and out there on LinkedIn.
I have also done work on my branding and messaging, and revamped my website. I would love to know what you think of it, and if you are interested in my Coaching Companion, a free e-booklet with self-coaching exercises and resources please sign up to my mailing list – the first one is coming out very soon. Thanks to the people …

Caroline Marsh, it has been an absolute pleasure to help you re-define your visual language, as I believe the way the message is delivered is as crucial as the message itself — and I too am curious to hear what people’s reactions will be!
-
Nice work, Caroline! It’s been great to have a front-row seat for your journey, and I’m pleased to be part of it. There is so much to learn from your energy, diligence, and genuine love for your work. I’m sure this is just the start.
-
Caroline it’s amazing to hear that the Catapult Course has helped you in evaluating your portfolio career. Your website looks great, and I have subscribed to your Coaching Companion mailing list- looking forward to having a read!
-
Caroline, look seeing how you’ve been taken this forward since the Catapult course. I really like your regularly posts on Linked-in. I would really think about how you can differentiate yourself, as I feel the coaching market is very crowded, so being able to stand out on the offer is crucial.
