I’m really interested in moving into the management/leadership coaching space as i’ve got lots of real life experience in this. However I still feel like there is so much more for me to learn before moving into this and would love to take on some relevant courses that would help me develop or possibly believe in myself more at this stage! I wondered if anyone has been in a similar position and could recommend any good courses that would prepare me for this career path?

Hi Christian. I’ve got a lot of time for Coaching.com’s offerings, particularly WBECS, its online webinar programme that happens a couple of times/yr (one free, one paid). Highly recommended…

I concur with Rob, WBECS is a good place to start. You may also decide what kind of coaching you want to offer and take a look at the International Coach Federation website to see a list of accredited courses.
