I’m reading Dare to Lead by Brené Brown at the moment. Love her work on vulnerability research and this is another great read from her – excellent for rethinking how you manage and lead a business into a better future.

Personally for my kids I liked the golden acorn and the tree of secrets by Steven Reader. For the adults, chaos monkeys by Antonio Garcia Martinez. Swoosh by Phil Knight. The upstarts Brad stone

I’m reading Mindset by Carol Dweck at the moment. Great read, highly recommend when thinking about fixed vs growth mindset.
