I'm going to try a new experiment in 2022... The idea is to create a cohort-based course with live lectures & speakers on "How to Influence without Authority." We'll start small, gather feedback, iterate, & see how it goes. Who will benefit from this course: Aspiring Leaders and Career Pivoters in cross-functional roles such as Project Management, Program Management, Product Management, Management Consulting, and BizOps, who want to increase their influence to make a more significant impact. About me: I spent the last ten years in management consulting and project management, working with clients from startup technology companies to large conglomerates. I've been fortunate enough to live in 6 cities across 3 continents and work in 27 cities across 4 continents. The success of my career has primarily hinged on my ability to influence in a matrixed organization and lead initiatives cross-functionally.
