Hello! More and more companies are being founded by people coming together with complementary skills but not necessarily knowing each other for a long time, nor immediatly working full time. In that case, how can the founders know how to divide equity. To solve this problem we create a founder agreement with dynamic equity. You are welcome to use it for your companies: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1H8q7IJy9M7_pKI26hDG9hpDZjaB94Rf-dzyq43yiiVQ/edit?usp=sharing

You are ahead of the market on this Eike Post – this kind of arrangement will be the norm one day ….

Wow, this is a really comprehensive document – what legal jurisdiction is it written for? Apols it if the q is answered in the document – I’ll read it in detail later. Thanks very much for sharing

Hello Alastair! I did not see your question. Sorry for replying late. It is made for Delaware. However, 90 percent could be adjusted to other jurisdiction.

https://www.seedrs.com/the-portfolio-collective only 14% to go as of today and 3 more days left to meet the objective.
Already great what Lexi, Ella, Claire, Jesus, Fiona, Ben and the others have accomplished. Now almost over the line. So exciting to see!

My high school friend from Chicago went to a top MBA program and then worked at McKinsey and at startups but felt that in the US more and more business people were becoming less important and tech people were becoming more important. So he did a career change to tech, learned programming for the last 1.5 years and started a Masters in Computer Science.
His dream company is Google.
Me, coming from Europe, I do not understand why, if you already worked at startups and already was a McKinsey consultant, you would want to work at Google. But that is another question.
Does anybody here know any hacks on how really smart people could get a foot into the door at Google? Easier to start outside the US with less competition? Easier to start in business role before moving to tech role?

Hello! I think the most important is to dare to apply for the dream role you want, and do the proper homework for it e.g. find Googlers in that team, see what background they have, network with them, find out what’s beyond the JD and even ask them to refer you. Referrals are highly valued at Google.
