A holiday singalong with a Joyful Nomad twist…
To be a little more serious, I just want to remind you that in every part of life it is important to find our balance and that includes festive times of the year.
Whatever holiday you might be celebrating, remember this:
1) Take rest as much as you need, more than you think.
2) Protect your boundaries, they exist for a reason.
3) In every situation, add more love to it.
4) Seek balance in activities, food, company and time with self.
5) Know you are imperfectly perfect just the way you are.
You are enough.
If you need any extra support figuring out how to do these or working on your life balance, I’m always happy to support you.

Hello, my lovely TPC’ers – I’ve been sharing this on the socials and thought it may be of use to this community.
FIVE WAYS TO HELP YOU SHOW UP!!
😊I’ve been talking a lot these days about showing up, and not just to everyone else, but also to myself.
🎤There’s a strong power at the moment you decide for yourself to use your voice, to do the thing you’ve been wanting to do, to share your truth with the world.
❤️I want you to know, however that looks for you is perfect but I know it can be difficult to tackle the fear.
🌞So I’m sharing five tips and learnings to help you to face the fear of showing up and being seen as your full self. I hope these help you as much as they’ve helped me.
🚀Comment below any of your tactics for dealing with the fear, I’d love to hear them.
P.S – If you want any of the links just drop me a comment below or send me a message here on TPC,…

When I began my journey to self-discovery, I realised how much of myself I kept hidden behind closed doors.
Whether it was parts I felt others would judge or just confused about how I was, I soon realised there was so much power in showing up as the full me and letting the world see me as I am.
Here I’ve outlined a few of the reasons why people may be afraid to show up and be seen, as well as some ideas on how to cope with those fears!
Grab a cuppa -> it’s a bit of a long one, but well worth the read!
