As we move into a new (and hopefully) exciting year, I thought I would share one of my favourite Ted Talks with the lovely TPC community. Saira Chaudry actually recently reminded me of it and so I watched it again and I still find it brings me comfort. For anyone that had a tough 2020 and needs a new outlook, watch this. And if you do enjoy it, I highly recommend Susan David’s ”Emotional Agility” book
