Dear Portfolio Members, I am currently working on a digital platform for couples counseling: heycouples.de. The aim of ”HeyCouples” is to create a flexible and transparent way of getting professional support together or alone in relationship issues. Coaches can be booked directly via the platform and sessions can be carried out via video calls.
We have launched our waiting list and are currently doing user research.
My request to you: I have 3 questions that I would like to ask you. (Topics > Experience with couple counseling, search experience and feedback website heycouples.de (we launch the English site soon)).
Could you share your experiences with me? If you are interested, there are 2 possibilities: We will talk to each other (about 20mins) or I will email you the formulated questions.

Hi Frederick, when the English site is ready I definitely recommend sharing it on the platform, we’ve had some great feedback discussions on other people’s websites before. I’ve never sought couple’s therapy, however, when it comes to individual counselling/therapy there would be a number of things I would consider; specifically are they qualified (for UK, registered with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), what do they offer – therapy/counselling/psychotherapy/psychology (all are different and not everyone understands what …

Janis Chan Thanks a lot for your input – based on our research, there is no fixed term how to call a couple counseller. It varies btw counseller, coach and therapist. The term therapist may sound too clinical vs coach for some seekers etc.

Hey Portfolio Product Managers: I am creating a digital marketplace for couples counseling. Next milestone is to build a MVP and we are currently reviewing ”off the shelf” whilelabel marketplace solutions like jungleworks.com/panther/tutor/ etc. While I have a solid product knowledge, it would highly valuable to get some feedback and insights from some experienced Product Managers that ideally have been involved in RFI / RFP processes / Tech Vendor selections.

hey all, as a Techstars Mentor I was recently mentoring the start up creatext.ai and I thought what they do could be interesting for you to test when it comes to linkedin lead generation.
In short, Creatext makes customer-facing teams more productive thanks to AI-assisted writing. It is a browser extension, that analyzes the context of a (linkedin) message a user is typing and shows them suggestions on how to complete their sentences or even entire sentences to include in their message, which they can easily insert by hitting the tab key. For now, Creatext can be used in the LinkedIn messenger, the next integrations will follow soon. They are also looking into connecting Creatext with the Google Calendar, so that Creatext can give automatic suggestions for easier scheduling.
