Chief of Staff
For 5 years, worked as CoS for the CEO of a cheese manufacturer and exporter in crisis (with a turnover of c. £15m). The company was already in a turnaround situation, further buffeted by Brexit, COVID and massive increase in material costs (driven by Ukraine): an extraordinary learning experience.
Counter-terrorism
Operated both in the UK and overseas in various analytical, operational and leadership roles. Balanced operational delivery with pertinent risk management (physical, legal and reputational). Interacted with a range of interlocutors from Heads of State down on matters of great diplomatic sensitivity.
