Hey all, I’ve been looking for a CTO/technical lead for the beauty tech platform that I’ve created and it’s been a bit of a struggle far 😅
Does anyone have any experience in recruiting a CTO? Any tips (or recommendations) would be much appreciated!
P.S. I was advised to have a nose around Indie Hackers but that’s an invite-only platform. Does anyone who used IH mind inviting me?

Jade, Dare I suggest that maybe you look at this in a different way. Unless you have deep funding or are likely to give a lot of equity away (neither things I would recommend) have you considered outsourcing CTO responsibilities?
