Happy New Year All! Natalie Tucker and I have been discussing having a bit of an informal accountability study-action group – for those who have been through Catapult and went off to work on other things (mostly ourselves!) and potentially go through the branding classes at a super slow pace! We were thinking a call / meet up every 2-4 weeks to go through progress/goals. There’s always the TPC weekly calls for questions but we thought relearning together in a small group would be great for actioning on plans! Feel free to message / comment – regardless, Natalie and I will be doing this but thought we would open to the community as it’s the New Year!

Hello coaches (and mentors)! I was wondering if any of you have gone into coaching after being in a corporate AND entrepreneur/start-up space? I’m trying to obtain a couple of names as potential referrals for any Clients who want this experience in their coaches!

Hi Janis Chan, I’ve worked in professional services (as a lawyer), in corporate, not-for-profit, and academia, and have coached startups as well as corporate clients (Cartier, Microsoft) in innovation, leadership, personal development (e.g. confidence, time management…)
I come from an international background having lived in Malaysia, Canada, Netherlands, UAE, travelled quite a bit, managed global transactions, and work in Dubai which has an incredibly diverse population …

Hi Janis Chan, I’ve worked in both which I find hugely valuable in my coaching and career work. Five years in IBM and various corporate training experience but then have worked as a solopreneur in health (5 years) but also part of a health tech startup (2 years) not to mention various other things like TPC! And of course, ICF and NLP Master Practitioner 🙂

Thanks everyone for your responses! There are a couple of potential leads who may want this but generally, happy to add you to a list of referrals for this area. I’m doing similar exercise with counselling/therapists at the moment. Fiona / Laura – you were both unconsciously in the list in my head but thanks for confirming this!

Thanks for the gifts Team – and the patience of not seeing my face on a regular basis, focusing on completing coaching course, which I passed last week! Working hard to move a few things in my diary and I’ll be showing up more. Thanks for all your continued support and all the changes / updates you’ve been making. Excited to see what else you build! (I won’t ask about the app! 😉 )

Is anyone free / interested in the CogX Festival 14th-16th June?
https://cogx.live/agenda-2021/
Apparently, if I get 10 people to sign up with a code before 9th June, we can all get upgraded to a Premium Virtual Pass.
Figured this is the network that may be the most interested, figured it was worth asking! Have a great weekend everyone!

Hi Janis, firstly Happy New Year! This sounds like a great idea – someone who immediately comes to mind who might be interested is Ellie Albadvi who recently completed the branding masterclass individually
