JaRoy Buffong is
feeling Excited
I’m building a health/lifestyle business and would love to speak to someone who has scaled from the ground up to get an idea of what I’m doing right/wrong and milestones I should be thinking of.
Thank you

The audible version is a great listen. Always great when you find a good narrator for such an interesting book!

Oh that’s so true! I think one of my favourites is Will Wheaton narrating Ready Player One – I was able to picture everything and enjoyed the book throughout. ( Yes this book has nothing to do with self development what so ever but Will did an excellent job)

Oh wow – I love that! I’ve never read Ready Player One, so will add that to my list! Likewise for Stephen Fry for the Harry Potter books, but by the last book I did notice how excitably he was reading it!!

Just wanted to add a couple but these may have already been mentioned
The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy is one of those books that’s helped me understand how to build and maintain habits. Really teaches you about consistency in doing something compounds into a huge return based on your input.
Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy is another great book on goal setting and achieving those goals by breaking them down in smaller tasks. Most of the time achieving a goal may prove difficult because of the order we choose to do these task. You are challenged to EAT THAT FROG by doing the most difficult task first therefore making the rest more manageable.
