An observation post last 4 weeks of exploring the Mentoring space – its still a very nascent market where most would-be Mentees still expect ”mentoring” to be in the shape of free advice offered by the more experienced. Some work to do to ”shift perceptions” and build awareness of ”paid mentoring” so lots for us to do!
