Hi everyone! I’m Jess, new to the group (introduced by Kevin Withane ) this week. Thanks for having me!

I’m an experienced D&I consultant looking to create an equal world of work for everyone. My background is Strategy and Change in Insurance, where I was the only female member of the board for a long time. I set up their Diversity strategy prior to leaving.

I have 4 children, all very young, so life is crazy but wonderful. I run a business called That Works For Me which includes a platform connecting diverse people looking for flexible work with businesses in need of skills. And we also do D&I consultancy as businesses kept asking how to hold on to the people they hired! I’m keen to do more consultancy so if you know of anywhere I can help then please shout!
