The WEI – COO & Co-founder
The WEI is the only bespoke VocTech platform with personalised content, peer learning and coaching. Their purpose is to deliver global workplace equity. They are on a mission to reinvent professional L&D.
The COO will work directly with the CEO to grow the company from an Operations perspective. The COO is expected to co-lead company profitability, sales pipeline all the way to creating new business models and future revenue streams.
Preferably someone who has scaled start-ups in EdtEch. Or has worked in operations or sales in the EDTech sector.

That will then catch the eye of non-members as well as members. We get 10-15k non-logged in visitors per month, and a lot visit the jobs board
