Hi Everyone, we’re in Week 7 of the Catapult Course with the current cohort and it’s always a good time to share productivity or helpful software tools that can enhance your performance.
What are your go-to tools or personal software stack?
I’m really getting into Notion now
I love Forest for Pomodoro focussed working
I’m going 6 years strong with a budgeting app YNAB
Or do you have a challenge at the moment that we could offer you the perfect tool or solution for? Share away!!

More than my top tools I’m going to share a selection that might be less obvious:
– OneNote: to take notes with pictures, audios, tables, links, and even hand writting (using a stylus) from any device. Ability to protect notes with passwords.
– Google Lens: to capture text from images from your phone to your computer.
– Google Tasks: To create to-do lists on the fly (from gmail by just pressing: Shift + T), from any device.

Much to the shock of everyone (including myself) I am becoming a fan of Asana, and I love Slack. @claire-moss has also introduced me to Daylio which is a lovely way to keep a track of how you’re feeling, and the habits you want to build on!

LINKEDIN We’ve just covered off this module with the current Catapult cohort and it would be great to hear from past or present cohorts how LinkedIn is currently working for you?
It would be interesting to share, how many hours a day do you think you’re spending on LinkedIn? And do you go on it on weekends/evenings?

I average about an hour a day on LinkedIn, maybe slightly less on weekends, but not much. Between sending connection requests and messages, responding to others, posting stuff and reading other people’s posts.

I’d say I probably spend around a couple of hours a day – but this includes actually reading/watching/listening to the content other post rather than just liking. Also includes reaching out and messaging in the LI platform

I know we had lots of interesting discussions on the module last week – Bansi Shah Caoimhe Kelly Conrad Young Fergal Kilroy Janis Chan Mark Cliffe Natalie Tucker Pete Domican Rabin Yaghoubi Ritik Bansal ROHIT SABIKHI – how have your LI habits been changing/forming?

I’m liking and following more – and enjoying the new leads that are springing up as a result… Still working on figuring out what and how I’d like to post but definitely seeing it all in a new and more engaging light!

I got a LinkedIn invitation yesterday with a headline I wanted to share. I’m not going to accept the invite and the service is not for me 😉 BUT talk about a hyper-specific headline which lets me know exactly what this service does…

Resilience is a big part of being human, because rejection is such a common occurrence in our lives. People reject our opinions; our kids don’t eat the meals we cook, potential customers don’t buy our products; we don’t get...
