Hello from California (Temecula Valley Wine District) in the triangulation of LA, San Diego and Palm Springs. A British export, came to the USA in 1999, initially to Wichita KS, then San Diego CA, now Temecula, American citizen now. Been independant with a portfolio career for 20 years. Joined TPC late last year 2021.

Just blogged about a great article from McKinsey titled, ”Future Proof: Solving the ‘Adaptability Paradox’ for the Long Term” in which when speaking of adaptability the authors say, ”It’s not so much a skill as a meta skill” … I couldn’t agree more … it’s a skill of skills, a mindset of mindsets, a framework of an agility operating system and an agile leadership presence. That’s the focus of my work, helping leaders and teams develop their operating system and leadership presence for agility.
