Hyperlokal is a digital marketplace for independent local retailers, traders associations, and local Business Improvement Districts to enable the discovery of local services, generate revenue (even during a lockdown), compete against Amazon, and transform customers into a community.
Hyperlokal-delivery
Hyperlokal-delivery provides local traders groups with the infrastructure to offer their own food delivery service, at considerably lower cost point than the incumbent platforms. It can be used as a stand alone service or as part of the bigger Hyperlokal platform.

2012 Olympics
I negotiated the deal between the BBC and Sky, then delivered the 48 TV channels that constituted the 2012 London Olympics digital TV offering (every channel over BBC1, BBC2 and BBC3 on your EPG that showed live Olympics coverage) and did the same with C4 for the Paralympics. All within 10 months.
CBA Comsee Rolout
I led the design and rebuild of the network infrastructure of every Commonwealth Bank of Australia's branches (over 1000), in a 9-month period. To do it I built a team of up to 80 members, with its own helpdesk and PMO, who visited some of the most remote towns in the world.
Sky 3D Channel
Launched the Sky 3D channel bringing together the development and purchasing of cutting edge technology, the provision of infrastructure to the Premier League and the Sky Pubs business, to become the first commercial 3D channel in the UK.
