David Fulton, I’m not very clear about what the specific query is.
I imagine there is an scenario where you have some data you want to make sense of: Is the goal to extract punctual insights, have always an updated report with relevant insights, perhaps even giving access to stakeholders to that report?
Another scenario I can imagine would be one where you want to use an existing data collection to create a web/mobile application where your users/customers can access it.

Jesus Iniesta, thanks for the note back. I think its more using an existing data base / collection to create a web/mobile application where your users/customers can access pre-vetted content. Its a receruitment company that has circa 10k candidates. Project has since evolved a little in that we need a Dev team to build a website (brand, design, copy are all done) so that will have an ability for a paying customer access to pre-defined parameters of the DB.
