I coach operations leaders in early stage startups how to get the best out of their most valuable resource, people. I tend to focus on operationally intensive startups with lots of boots on the ground e.g. last mile delivery, on demand services, gig economy platforms.

My professional background as a British Army officer and early employee at Deliveroo gives me the confidence to guide COOs, operations directors, and other managers facing similar challenges and opportunities.

I’ve been an independent advisor and coach for 3 years now and I love it. I also offers career mentoring to operations professionals, often looking beyond the scope of their current job.
