One of my client companies has built a remote customer service team, which could in future be available for outsourcing. They are native English speakers, UK-based, with extensive experience in video support and other channels. The team has an inbuilt management structure and currently works 7 days a week, 9am-9pm UK time.
Do you know of any startups or SMEs, which might benefit from outsourcing customer service or other tasks to such a team?

Hi Paul, not aware either. If anything I’ve seen a trend towards building and strengthening _internal_ customer services teams as a means of differentiation (at least in healthcare startups).
