I’m the same JaRoy! Depending on what work I’m doing I like to work in different environments

In my town centre office, which is about half an hour’s walk from home. If I’m not there, I’m on my kitchen table.
Haven’t yet found out if I enjoy working on my laptop in public spaces yet. Haven’t needed to. Walking meetings in our spectacular local park a few yards from my office is as far as I’ve got so far…

Good morning Catapult graduates and Pioneer members 🎓✨
As the saying goes, a problem shared is a problem halved so why not come along to our Pathfinder Catch-up and hear from your fellow portfolio professionals?
Gain new perspectives, soundboard ideas and receive unbiased feedback from other portfolio professionals figuring out their own careers, whilst also sharing your own advice!
Don’t have a question come to mind? We’ve previously found that hearing others talk through their plans can often spark an idea for your own portfolio career.
We’re now 8 cohorts strong, and with the call now being open to Pioneer members, there’s plenty of people to pick the brains of, and network with 🙌
Looking forward to seeing you at 4pm UK time!

Paul David Mather – I might have a few potential candidates for the founder mentor / industry expert roles but they’re all based in The Netherlands/Germany/Austria. Would that work, or do they need to be UK-based/have deep knowledge of the UK market?

Hey Rohan, thanks! We’re definitely interested in any relevant leaders and experts you know, regardless of geography. Do you want to introduce them to me by email perhaps? [email protected]

It varies for me, as long as my laptop has power I can work anywhere. If the weather is good I could work in the local park for an hour or so. Cafes are nice when they’re not crazy busy. Libraries are a good quiet place to get things done. Just depends on the mood as well.
