Hi all – Does anyone have a draft contract for consulting services that you are willing to share? I’m speaking with a company about providing an overall review of their organization structure and strategy, working as an independent consultant, and would really welcome a template to start from. Thanks very much.

Hi Peter, wouldn’t just a simple letter of engagement work? If you haven’t got one, I’ll look out what I have and drop it over.

There is a sample letter of engagement in the Google Drive folder too which I think you can still access all ok Claire Moss But yes I have used RocketLawyer before too.

Yeah you should still have access! It’s under ’Letter of Agreement’ and can be found in your Module 8 folder-Hope that helps!
