We had such an amazing team building day last week to celebrate our 1st year, consisting of lots of food, fun and of course, taking on The Crystal Maze!
Although the TV show was unknown to most of our team (much to Fiona and Lexi’s horror!) it was so fun getting to re-live the 90s game show- Crystal Dome and all
It was also extra special, as our CTO Jesus, who made it all the way from Tenerife, got to meet the rest of the team for the very first time!
It’s moments like this that make us realise how far we have come and how much we’ve grown in such a short space of time and we couldn’t have done it without our wonderful community
Here’s to the next celebration which will hopefully include all of you

I have worked with all of Big 5 – Egon Zehnder, Korn Ferry, Russell Reynolds, Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Strugglles, plus lots of the similar-quality boutiques focused on tech/ startups, such as True Capital, Gordon & Eden, Heads International etc. Both as client and candidate. They are all capable of great work, but it depends on the individual more than the firm. They are all overpriced too, in my opinion.

Aside from building the awesome community that is TPC this past year. Our other incredible feat was building the best team I’ve ever worked with.
To be able to get together this morning with at least 10 of us (when we have national and international members!) and celebrate with a birthday brunch was very special.
Without these innovative, hardworking, highly intelligent, super talented folks – there would be no TPC!
